As companies increasingly fierce competition, the long-term development ofenterprises, the enterprises must improve the management mechanism, which makesthe enterprise will not be eliminated in the vast economic tide, this paper focuses onelaborate in terms of organizational effectiveness, innovation, respectively capacity,the value of capacity, resilience, operational capacity and so elaborate, there will bea variety of crisis situations occur in the development of enterprises, only to find asuitable solution can quickly enable enterprises tide of the economic crisis in the firstline of stable.The competitiveness of enterprises, there are technical but also the talentcompetition, in fact, in the final analysis are the talent competition, so in anenterprise human resources management is very important for the management ofhuman resources situation is affecting the performance of the organization, theorganization effectiveness of development we must first clear its perspective, theright to choose the scientific method, in order to achieve the ultimate aim ofenterprise development, this paper describes the theoretical knowledge of domesticand international human resources experts carried out, and for some units of thecompany description and analysis of the actual situation of a human resources,explained the importance of the development effectiveness of the organization.In this paper, the various factors in the human resource constraints analyzeorganizational development, has been the key to development lies in themanagement of people, namely the elaboration of the theory of organizational goalsand maximize human resources management mode, and finally according toexpound theory and the actual situation of a company to verify the theoreticalknowledge in the use of elaborate.
