With the rapid development of Internet industry, The Internet electronic business companies gradually occupies the sales market and it involves more and more areas. As we all know, the development of Internet electronic business is backed by technological innovation, marketing innovation and model innovation, which is inseparable from the support of human resource and intelligence. As a result, human resources management is becoming the core to which Internet business companies need pay attention. However, due to the rapid expansion of the industry and the lack of experience in human resources management, the biggest problem the whole industry facing is the scarcity of professionals, especially for start-up companies. Thus, the start-up Internet companies need to enhance human resource management capabilities, which is of great significance for their long-term development.This paper takes the medium-sized business company Q located in Nanjing as an example, studying the Internet company's staff recruitment. On the basis of reviewing the relevant theories and literatures, this paper firstly introduces the basic situation of company Q, analyzes the company's organizational structure and staff structure, and expounds the current situation of the company's recruitment. Secondly, combined with the assessment of recruitment effectiveness, this paper analyzes the existing problems of company Q in the recruitment process. To be in detail, from the strategy planning perspective, the main problems include:lack of recruitment planning and preparation, description for positions are sometimes implicit. From the executive perspective, the company Q doesn't have recruitment system, ways to recruitment are not sufficient and the human resource management staff is not well-trained. Finally, according to the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions, mainly include:to increase the position of human resources planning, recruitment and corporate development strategy, make a clear recruitment needs; develop job analysis to guide the recruitment of specific implementation; improve the recruitment skills and interview skills; have a better understanding of the current situation about the industry recruitment, improve the process of interview, and try to choose the most economic recruitment channel.Through the study of the effectiveness of recruitment, this paper is intended to provide guidance for company Q to improve human resource management, which can help it reduce recruitment costs and improve recruitment quality. In addition, the conclusion also has reference value to other Internet business companies.
