As an emerging field of logistic service development in recent years, the logistic service supply chain has gained extensive attention. In view of the perishable, non-preservable and intangible features of logistic services, the consolidation and integration of logistic service capability, as well as the commercial credit contract among the various parties in the logistic service supply chain so as to achieve collaborative optimization have become the critical factors of the logistic service supply chain. Subsequently, the in-depth discussion on the problems of commercial credit contract has an important realistic significance and theoretical value, the mutual-beneficial among he various parties in the logistic service supply chain has been deeply analyzed in this thesis. On top of the present basis of research, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the advantages, obstacles of commercial credit contract and has a further discussion of Commercial credit and revenue sharing combined contract.Based on the summarization of the available literatures, this paper firstly analyzes the different aspects of advantages gained by commercial credit contract between A3PLs and its client in the logistic service supply chain and finds that the single commercial credit contract cannot achieve the prefect coordination between these two parties in logistics service supply chain, from this, commercial credit and revenue sharing combined contract is introduced, this combined contract makes mutual beneficial between A3PLs and its client. Under the conclusion of this model, this model is proved by the analysis of the actual data which comes from the client’s actual demand based on the price sensitive demand, thus, this paper fully proves the advantages of using commercial credit and revenue sharing combined contract on the coordination and cooperation among the various parties in the logistic service supply chain.
