Study on establishment of salary distribution system to adapt to the modernenterprise system, is the enterprise survival and development needs, but also tomeet the need of market competition to improve the core competitiveness ofenterprises. In recent years, human resources management has become the core ofmodern enterprise management in social and economic development, has becomethe first management in modern enterprise management. The salary system is thecore content of human resource management system, to motivate staff, attract play adecisive role to retain talent and to achieve the strategic goal of enterprise.In today’sincreasingly competitive market economy environment, how to design the actualoperation of a suit enterprise salary system, is very important for the development ofenterprises. This paper takes GX company as the research object, the design theoryof advanced modern salary system as the guidance, to establish a set of suitable forGX company actual salary mode, which for all members to mobilize GX especially isthe company’s core staff enthusiasm and creativity, promote the smoothimplementation of strategic planning of GX company is very important significance.This paper first describes the research background and significance, and analysisof the main compensation system in domestic and foreign reference, laid thetheoretical foundation for the design of compensation mode of GX company;secondly, by investigating the salary of employee satisfaction, this paper analyzesthe present situation of GX company human resources and compensation, points outthe existing salary system of company the problem, the re establishment ofcompensation system for bedding;; third, according to the characteristics of thedevelopment strategy of GX company and the present stage of rapid development,and use the compensation the advanced design idea to GX company’s salary systemre design, construction. This part is the core of the thesis, elaborates the designtarget and principle of the new compensation system, design process and newcompensation mode selection and design; fourth, the implementation of the newsalary system design of the corresponding supporting measures, so as to ensure thesmooth implementation of the new salary scheme.This theory with practice, the conclusion of the study on GX company has certainpertinence, it has practical value in the company compensation managementpractice, the hope can give the enterprise to bring certain reference significance.
