Nowadays,the core competition among enterprises has been transformed into the competition among talents.Therefore,it is the most concerned problem for the enterprises to obtain the great advantage in the talent resource.As an important part of human resource management,compensation has always been a hot issue in the field of economics and management.How to effectively motivate employees to maximize the efficiency of the staff is the key issue of enterprise management,but also the salary system needs to achieve an important function.The internal and external competitive compensation package,which is of decisive significance to retain talent.Scheme of the traditional salary incentive role insufficiency,constraint role fatigue,egalitarianism and distribution behavior is not standard has been difficult to adapt to the needs of modern enterprise management.ZT Group DS Co.,Ltd as a state-owned enterprise,with the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,but also carried out a series of reforms.Because of the various system of ZT Group DS Co.,Ltd by the impact of market economy,salary system is no exception,need to adopt a meet the future development of enterprises,to increase the competitiveness of enterprises salary system to solve the problem.In this paper,the enterprise's salary system existing widely used at home and abroad are studied,through the comparison and analysis,find out the domestic enterprise salary system is not perfect,and then to ZT group DS Co.,Ltd has carried out further investigation and detailed analysis,through the enterprise within the scope of compensation satisfaction questionnaire investigation way,understand the staff recognized the degree of salary system,found existing salary system existing problems and the insufficiency.In this paper,from the point salary design target and principle,combining with the nature of the country and the enterprise itself.In this paper,the author studies the development of the position,the establishment of the post level and the point salary,discusses the design method and the steps of point salary,and combines various factors to redesign A new set of point salary,the purpose is to improve the work efficiency of the employees,increase employee's sense of belonging to the enterprise,optimize the utilization rate of human capital of the enterprise,the enhancement enterprise competitiveness in the market competition.Therefore,if enterprises want to maintain an advantage in the fierce market competition,the key point that enterprises must pay attention to is the innovation of salary system.
