With the continuous progress of China’s reform and opening up, achieved a harmonious labor relations is the key to further complete the Chinese society is very important in terms of reform objectives. Built on harmonious labor relations in the enterprise level, improve the labor relations designed in micro-level mechanisms and resolve labor conflicts and contradictions major enterprises are facing, will directly affect the harmony and stability of labor relations. Through the evaluation of harmonious labor relations, which can effectively identify the specific construction of harmonious labor relations issues faced, and then targeted to solve the corresponding problem.The study, based on evaluation of labor relations in enterprises finishing literature, concentrate on solving the problem of existing evaluation system lack of theoretical support and poor practical application. Research introduced implicit contract theory, support the design division and the evaluation index system dimensions. Through the analysis of implicit contract theory, harmonious labor relations are classified as labor relations stability evaluation and labor relations of risk sharing two dimensions. Evaluation study designed to focus on the specific application of the actual situation of the enterprise, to achieve effective evaluation harmonious labor relations at the micro level.According to Chinese and foreign labor relations review evaluation order, initially completed indicators harmonious labor relations screening evaluation. On this basis, use of correction Delphi method, with the help of the expert group, to build a harmonious labor relationship indicator system. In order to enhance the application of the evaluation system, further design of the study evaluation matrix harmonious labor relations, through which the evaluation matrix analysis of enterprise harmonious labor relationship type, and select the appropriate strategy based on different types of evaluation. Focus on the design and application of micro-enterprises conduct evaluation of harmonious labor relations, for TJSD build harmonious labor relations to resolve the issue, with more significant role.The study provides an effective solution to the existing evaluation of harmonious labor relations problems in practical application difficult. Combined with specific application examples of evaluation and analysis, guided the formation of an enterprise application evaluation system. Through the evaluation of harmonious labor relations, found that companies build harmonious labor relations in specific issues, combined with business practices, improve the construction of harmonious labor relations.
