Is the construction of a harmonious socialist society in our country, laborrelations is one of the most basic, important social relations in social and economiclife, its stability and harmony is related to the sustainable development of theenterprise and even the entire social stability. Therefore, the party and the governmentalways attach great importance to and maintain the stable and harmonious laborrelations. Traditional economics based on the premise of "rational economic man"hypothesis, that pure pursuit of personal interests maximization is the ultimate goal ofeconomic activity behavior main body, and paid less attention to income distributionfairness, to some extent, this strengthened the contradictions and conflicts in laborrelations, cannot serve as the theoretical basis of building a harmonious labor relations.Labor relationship is fundamentally as an employer’s "capital" and as an employee ofthe "employees" rights and obligations among the various stakeholders such asarrangement, the narrow sense, mainly through the labor contract labor relations andthe psychological contract in the form of performance, efficiency and fair reflects thedifferent value pursuit of the labor and capital, to realize the balance of the two is theroot of the harmonious development of labor relations.In this paper, using the method of questionnaire investigation, theoreticalresearch, focusing on the deduction and induction, the combination of theoreticalresearch and empirical research, in the previous study of fairness preferences andlabor relations, the first, based on enterprise in Chongqing of the questionnaire dataanalysis of the current situation of enterprise labor relations, secondly, on the analysisof the equity preference to improve the enterprise microscopic mechanism of laborrelations, the introduction of behavioral economics theory of social preferences model,discusses the agent the fairness preferences of irrational behavior of agents in thelabor contract model and the traditional principal-agent model is the comparison ofself-interest preference, a significant change in the non-rational psychologicalincentive efficiency as well as increase the profitability of the tractor, empiricalreveals the fairness preference to improve the microscopic conduction mechanism oflabor relations, helped to ease conflicts existing in the labor relations, provides atheoretical reference for the construction of harmonious labor relations. In to do anempirical analysis of the enterprise labor relations under the fairness preference, willbe based on fairness preference into labor relations on the basis of behavioral economics, and with the help of the psychological contract as the intermediatevariable to study the affect labor relations. The research results show that employeescan significantly improve the fairness preference and the stability of the psychologicalcontract between enterprises, thus promote the enterprise harmonious labor relations.
