Influence Of Beijing's Foreign Trade Development Of The Industrial Structure

Foreign trade and optimization of industrial structure have always been two hot topicsof economy. Foreign trade plays an important role in economic development. And theimprovement of trade status will inevitably have a greater impact on the domestic economy,especially the impact on the evolution of China’s industrial structure. It has great practicalsignificance to study how foreign trade affects industrial structure and how to betterupgrade industrial structure by import and export. Especially for Beijing, since it is facedwith the important timing of industrial structure adjustment, during which internationaltrade will be a key factor.In this paper, theoretical and empirical analyses are used together. And this paperfocuses on the structure of trade in goods, service trade and industrial structure of Beijing.Firstly, it discusses current situation of Beijing’s foreign trade development, includingimport and export of goods and service, and the current status of industrial structure.Secondly, studying the mechanism of how foreign trade influences industrial structure withthe way of empirical analysis, in which a logarithmic model is used, and demonstrating theimportance of coordinated development of trade and industrial structure under thebackground of economic globalization. And also, it is meaningful for further optimizationof industrial structure and transformation of economic development practice. Finally,further recommendations related are put forward.
