The Employment Security Research Of Sea Fishermen Out Of Cangnan County

In recent years, with the rise of China’s marine economy, marine resources are developed and utilized more and more, the sea area is shrinking, followed by a loss of sea fishermen this group. Some fishermen lost original upon which the survival of the ocean, if the employment problem of loss of sea fishermen not solved properly, will lead to this part of the group to engender dissatisfaction with society, and the loss of sea fishermen and landless peasants did not concern, has not formed the unified viable subsidy policy, and gradually became a sea fishermen. Vulnerable groups, the employment situation is not optimistic.In this paper,using the methods of literature analysis, to examine the existing concept and employment about the lost sea fishermen security related theory, through the understanding of the analysis defines the concept of loss of sea fishermen and job security, and puts forward the significance of sea fishermen who lost the sea fishermen employment employment security theory and research. Secondly, by using empirical analysis method, to Cangnan County lost sea fishermen status and employment security situation has carried on the analysis, combining quantitative analysis method, investigation method, the loss of sea fishermen who lost the sea after the employment income, living conditions are analyzed, the difficulties faced by the lost sea fishermen.
