In the enterprise management, human resource as the first resource of the enterprise has an important position in all resources, and the employee recruitment is the main channel to fresh blood an enterprise, and also is an important method to obtain for high quality human demand. External recruitment is the entrance and the front end of external talent in enterprise human resources management, this means that if the enterprise in the recruitment link made a mistake, will be pay a heavy price for this mistake in the later. External recruitment determine whether the composition of the enterprises "human" meet the needs of the development of enterprises, directly affect the enterprise’s management and development.XY company is a local, outstanding performance private media enterprise, the company scale and expand in recent years, talent shortage, must through external recruitment to strengthen talent team, but the existing external recruitment problems are highlighted day by day, already cannot satisfy the current external recruitment tasks, be badly in need of improvement and optimization. In this paper, based on the external recruitment related theory, draw lessons from domestic and foreign relevant research, theory and corporate success stories, selecting the external recruitment management of a rapid developing XY company to empirical analysis. Taking XY company external recruitment management as the research object, using the data collection, questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, statistical analysis, to research for external recruitment planning, preparation and implementation, personnel selection, staff employment, achievement evaluation analysis, and their problems, thinking that, the XY company employees external recruitment management should be adopted to optimize the human resource planning, improve the external recruitment rules and regulations, strengthen the quality promotion of recruitment team, optimization of recruitment channels selection strategy, assessment mode, following the new employees help and leading. There are countermeasures to improve and optimize the external recruitment management, and puts forward some countermeasures to ensure that all countermeasures implemented. Through research and analysis, this article to help improving the quality of external recruiters, optimization of XY company external recruitment management, and better adapt to company development demand, help enterprise development. And it can provide certain reference value and significance to external recruitment management of other media companies.
