In the sustainable development of the environment in the network information era,the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's lives.With the coming of big data and the fast development of social network,social networks indicates that it is playing a huge effect in people's life and work has also gradually effected by the network data,which are derived from a novel recruitment: social network recruitment.Social network recruitment leads managers to explore more efficient recruitment model and the enterprise recruitment model has undergone significant changes.The Internet data record in the social network recruitment as an effective carrier of information transmission in the recruitment process,and by virtue of its high precision and low cost advantage began to gradually change the network the traditional recruitment model,so more and more enterprises tend to choose the social network recruitment,especially social network recruitment based on big data.In the rapid development of economy and technology in recent years,fast,efficient and accurate methods has become the primary goal and the core demands of hiring managers of modern enterprises,especially the effectiveness of recruitment process directly affects the delivery and training of enterprise personnel.Therefore,the study of human resources recruitment by the social network is very imminent.Therefore,this paper using empirical methods study the effectiveness factors of recruitment of social network,mainly divided into six parts.The first and the second part mainly introduce the research background,literature review,purpose,significance and the researches at home and abroad.The third part is the analysis of the present situation of social network recruitment,combined with the study of the relevant literature on the origin and the present situation analysis of the development of social network recruitment.The fourth part is the analysis of factors affecting the effectiveness of social network recruitment.Network recruitment effectiveness factors are divided into two aspects of enterprise organization and the applicant.The fifth part is the empirical analysis of the effectiveness of social networks recruitment by the job seekers as the research object,collecting data through field interviews and questionnaires.and the use of statistical data analysis results of the survey method of descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis and correlation analysis to determine the impact factors according to the results of data analysis.On this basis,the sixth part is mainly aimed at recruiting social status of enterprise facing at present,and puts forward some concrete countermeasures from the degree of the influence factors,in order to improve our enterprise network recruitment effectiveness and provide a scientific basis.The main research conclusions include: compared with the traditional recruitment pattern,social network recruitment has changed the form in the four dimensions of information,channels,resources,time with more accurate data matching,more real data,less time and cost,more secret communication information,convenience and other notable features,mainly reflected in the information dissemination and personnel data analysis;Through the empirical analysis on China's enterprise social network recruitment factors,positive influencing factors with the order from high to low are: enterprise reputation and image,enterprise staffs,ability on social networking platform,information authenticity of the social networking platform,the candidates personal characteristics,employee participation and candidates,satisfaction.Human resources manager should make a reasonable allocation of resources in the limited cost to improve the quality of full-time staff of corporate social platform,especially the copy level,communication skills and professional knowledge,update the recruitment technology to ensure the reality and validity of the information and establish a good reputation and image to improve social network recruitment effectiveness.
