In recent years, as global climate change intensifies, the natural environment continues to deteriorate, Human beings in constantly reflect. The Development approach to destroy the natural environment for utilitarian makes the Human living space shrinking unknowingly. In this case, Low-carbon economy is gradually coming into sight. The change in Human traditional production and lifestyle of high emission and high pollution, has become an inevitable trend of social development. At present, China is in-depth practice the scientific concept of development, efforts to build a resource-saving, environment-friendly society. The core of the scientific concept of development is to maintain sound and rapid economic growth while reducing resource consumption and environmental costs, the final completion of the resource-saving and environment-friendly society. This is highly consistent with the low-carbon economy on the substantive content. On the basis of the market economy, the nature of low-carbon economy is the formation of long-term stability of the guidance and incentives, the promotion of energy efficiency and energy conservation technology, and the acceleration of technological innovation of renewable energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, through the formulation and innovation of institutional framework and policy measures, to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change. Low-carbon economy is a major theoretical and practical significance to the subject. China is actively developing low-carbon economy in accord with the global trend and China’s national conditions. It is the only way to comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development and achievement of sustainable development.Because of the impact of the global environment and the great importance of Chinese government to the low-carbon economy, in recent years, the research result of the low-carbon economy becomes richer. But most documents analyzed separately on the adjustment of industrial structure or low-carbon economy, or studied the relationship of low-carbon economy and the individual factors in industrial structure adjustment. And most of them are based on Western Economics, The linkage role of low-carbon economy and industrial structure, especially research based on Marxism ecological economic thought and theory of industrial structure is rare.Different from previous research methods and contents in the existing literature, this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s industrial structure, based on Marxism ecological economic thought and theory of industrial structure, reviewing the theory of low-carbon economy and industrial structure, studying the course of development of the industrial structure of Western countries, and examines the reasons for the imbalance of China’s industrial structure from within the industry structure, energy consumption structure and carbon emissions in three areas. And then it raises the core issue of this study: vigorously advance and development in low-carbon economy, how to solve the problems of China’s industrial structure?Firstly, learning from the experience of the low-carbon economic development of the developed countries, this paper proposes a China’s strategic thinking about the low-carbon economy development, analyzes the ideas of the development of China’s industrial structure under the mode of low-carbon economy, and comprehensively expounds the development path of China’s industrial structure in the low-carbon economic model, from the development of low-carbon industries, improve government support incentives in energy saving, playing the market mechanism of economic incentives and increase the role of research strength boost.
