| Logistics Management, the3rd interest resource and the base stone of company competitive strength, has never been attached so much importance to by companies. Logistics system planning and design have become the strategic issue of improving company’s core competition, which is considered an effective way to minimize logistics cost, improve logistics service and quicken logistics response. Starting from company logistics planning&design--one of the key issues in management field, this essay carried out thorough and systematical research on sales logistics system. This essay is focused on the process of sales logistics system planning and design of Xianglu Petrochemicals after its’ annual yield is greatly increased, the process of logistics management integrating with business operation and competitive strength enhancing. This essay is emphasized on the research of customer service, package type, transportation line choosing, and advanced information system by site investigation, historical data analysis, cost comparison.
