With the rapid development of the financial industry in Ningxia. many domestic banks, which have advanced management experience, advanced services technology, a high level of services efficiency and higher commercial credit,enter Ningxia at an accelerated pace. To improve customer satisfaction and market competitiveness, G Bank Ningxia Branch must enhance operational service levels and make "customer-centric" service concept run throughout the operational business processes.The article introduces the research purposes and significance, literatures published at home and abroad, the concept of banking operation, business process improvement theory and the basic concepts of process improvement. And combined with the actual situation of G Bank Ningxia Branch, the article put focus on the causation of the operational business process’ problems by comparing with other banks. I think there are several reasons. And part of the management is so mucd and the business process is complex lead to low efficiency, operating system is lack of integration and the operation staff have too much redundant work, staffing is not enough and the operation staff have to manage multiple jobs, Check the superficial and the process is inherently risky. Based on the above reasons, the article introduce5business process improvement programs,including payment process, the account process, the bank on enlightened net process, loan process and bank acceptance process, the article introduces corresponding guarantee measures for implementation.By improving business process, the operational business of G bank Ningxia Branch can improve the operation efficiency, shorten the customer waiting time, decrease the error rate, reduce operation risk, so that the customer have higher satisfaction on operational business and finally achieve the "customer-centric" service concept and the strategic goal to build a first-class bank of G bank Ningxia Branch.Above all, based on the key of business process improvement, combined with the actual situation of G Bank Ningxia Branch, raised business process improvement solution with high operability, expecting it can have some practical significance in promotion the competence.
