Analysis on the labor migration city to adapt to the situation and the existing proble ms is an urgent issue for new urbanization construction, to promote urbanization, have very importa nt practical significance to promote the harmonious development of social class structure.In this paper, Xinghai town’s labor migration as an example, by comparison, chart statistics an d field survey method from the identity, economic and cultural adaptation of migration three surfac e analysis. Identity analysis select labormigration, gender, age and education level of household regist ration in four ways, the economic analysis of labor migration from the means of livelihood, employ ment status,income and consumption structure of the four aspects, selecting immigrants social com munication, language, cognition and prejudices, leisure life four aspects to analyze the labor migrati on culture adapt to the current situation, the main factors on the basis of the analysis of labor mi gration on urban adaptation status from theperspective of labor immigrants themselves and the gove rnment restricts labor migration adaptation ability, puts forward the countermeasures. In the adaptati on process of labor migration, identity adaptation is the fundamental, is the foundation ofeconomi c adaptation, cultural adaptation is to enhance. Three factors to affect labor migration in town. When the three have reached a good state, labor migration in the urban adaptability is the best.
