The issue of rebuilding of new Beichuan has got a wide attention of scholars and social groups. Post-disaster reconstruction is a process of modernization in the short term, and it is not just a simple urban landscape restoration project but an important link in promoting the modernization of western region. Beichuan County, as one of the hardest-hit areas, became the only one rebuilded county within the scope of reconstruction of foreign counties. The material entities reconstruction of new Beichuan has achieved great success in such aspects as speed, quality, planning, apparent, moreover, the scenes and layout planning of the city are more advanced than most of the central cities and even some eastern city with the same level. However, under the huge city social change and rapid construction of material entity, the migration of farmers of Yongchang Town are facing kinds of challenges on the aspects of adapting to the economic, social and psychological in the new living environment. Great changes have occurred of Yongchang Town in urban construction, economic development, industrial structure, tourism development and something else, so the urban adaptability of Pasive Migration Farmer because of these changes that brought to them is worth studying.Based on the sample data, the investigation was implemented in the four communities, such as Xinchuan Community, Muxi Community, Erma Community and Yulong Community. Totally, 260 questionnaires were sent out, with uncompleted answers or suspected unreal answers were excluded, 209 valid questionnaires were collected, with 80.4% efficiency. Moreover, the samples were distributed in four different blocks in the communities, and the research sample group includes farmerial areas, shops, the farmer's market, Sichuan rural credit cooperatives and other banking institutions, gyms and other public facilities, hospitals, schools, etc., according to the universlity and regularity of occupation, income and age to select typical and representative sample points. On the basis of access to relevant data, using the structural equation model to passive migration test in the urban adaptability influence factors model, and from the influence factors on the urban adaptability corresponding influence degree and the problems founded, some related policy suggestions are put forward from the perspective of cultural lag. First of all, the urban adaptability and related research progress and theoretical results about Yongchang Town were stated in detail, and through the elaboration of the existing research results, combining the particularity of Yongchang Tow through the elaboration of the existing research results, combining the particularity of Yongchang Town migration farmers, based on the study of population migration and urbanization theory, the thesis was analyzed from the perspective of cultural lag. What is more, through the elaboration of the scholars on urban adaptability research, the related factors influcing the passive migration farmers were found. Besides, on the basis of theory analysis of the concept, the theoretical and research hypothesis were proposed. By using the two softwares of SPSS17.0 and AMOS21.0, according to the characteristics of research object of study and combined with the structural equation model analysis method, the urban adaptability influence factors of passive migration modelwere empirically analyzed, including the design of queationnaire, the data quality analysis, data processing, etc., and then the model and hypothesis were tested and demonstrated. Moreover, it is concluded the correlation and path coefficient between human capital, material capital, social capital and living environment, psychological identity, and the main factors affecting migration urban adaptability were cleared about. Third, through the research method of combining theoretical research with empirical research, some significant indicators that influence the urban adaptability of passive migration wre found, providing theoretical basis and data support for the reconstruction of urban construction in the future. Finally, according to the problems found behind the rapid reconstruction of material entity through the data analysis and empirical reaearch, some relevant policy suggestions were proposed, in order to contribute my weak strength to migration of Yongchang Town farmers to better adapt to the new city life.
