With the development of economy and the speeding up of urbanization, a large number of farmers losing their land to non-agricultural labor market in cities and towns, the employment problem of land-lost farmers has become the focus of scholars at home and abroad. Employment is vital to farmers’livelihood, and it also relates the country’s stability and stable development of society. Therefore, solving of the employment problem of land-lost farmers is very important. The employment problem of land-lost farmers is a sustainable process, including entering the labour market in the early stage and later career change and adaptation in different stages. This thesis mainly aims at studying the late land-lost farmers vocational adjustment. The paper examines the vocational condition and adaptation level of farmers after losting their land, which is based on the investigation of land-losing farmers in Yaodou District of Linfen. At the same time, this thesis studies the influence factors of vocational adaptation level to gain the approach about promoting occupational adaptation level of land-lost farmers. On relevant literature review and summary and on the basis ofthe results of data through a questionnaire survey, this thesis firstlyhas carried on the descriptive statistical analysis about thevocational condition and vocational adaptation level of land-lostfarmers; Secondly, this article puts forward the research hypothesis,and gains a conclusion that the main factors about influencing theland-lost farmers vocational comprehensive adaptation level and itsinfluence on vocational adaptation levels by doing regressionanalysis of vocational adaptation level stepwise.The results showed that the vocational comprehensiveadaptation level of the land-lost farmers is generally low. Theinfluencing factors of professional integrated adaptive classified ascompetition ability, the income satisfaction factors, psychologicaladaptation and identity factor. Including the specific factors:political landscape(Party or the democratic parties),level ofeducation and skills (has), income satisfaction, willingness tobecome the city people(would), Is urban or rural (countryside).Among these factors, the income satisfaction land-lost farmers’ isthe largest impact on vocational comprehensive adaptation level.The rest of the influence degree is willingness to become citypeople(would), level of education, skills (has), Is urban or rural(countryside)and political landscape(Party or the democraticparties).
