Research And Development Of Quality And Safety Traceability System In The Bee Products Chain

Due to years of the food quality and safety problems emerge in endlessly of bee productsindustry are exposed, which reflects the quality and safety traceability system in the beeproducts is lacked of a practical standard in domestic. This paper aimed at the quality andsafety problem of bee products, proposes a theory based on a modern advanced traceabilitysystem, and with "Apiary-Cooperative-Enterprise" three core traceability points to establish aquality and safety traceability system of distinctive characteristics in the bee products chain.This system is intended to solve series of problems, such as beekeepers breeding beesirregular and without records, cooperative acquisition mess and enterprise process withoutsupervision. All above cases are seriously affect the quality and safety problems in beeproducts industry. Under the condition of ascending beekeepers, cooperative and enterprisestheir own economic interests, focusing on safeguarding the rights and interests of consumersat the same time, in order to make them buy the rest assured security of bee products andachieve mutually beneficial and win-win situation among four groups of objects.Therefore, this paper regards the quality and safety of bee products as research object, thetraceability system theory as the theoretical foundation, from apiary, cooperative andenterprise three traceability points analysis the key information which may affect the qualityand safety respectively. Combined with bar code automatic identification technology,industrial Ethernet Modbus communication technology, database technology, C#/ASP.NETand stuff like those modern advanced technologies, using intelligent equipment of Androidintelligent terminal, MCGS industrial touch screen, GPRS information push module and soforth, a quality and safety traceability system suitable for bee products is built. This papermade a certain innovation in the aspects of traceability point and key information selection,the use of technology and the realization of the traceability process.The results show that:1. It can be great help to establish a quality and safety traceability system in the field of beeproducts. It’s great help to put forward a traceability system with its own characteristicsthrough analyzing the research of both domestic and international about the quality and safetyof agricultural products traceability in this paper.2. It has direct guidance significance to regarding "Apiary-Cooperatives-Enterprise" asthree core traceability points through the on-the-spot investigation at both beekeeping pilot base and beekeeping enterprise.3. It makes tremendous contribution to the realization of bee products traceability chain byusing automatic identification technology of EAN-13bar code technology and QR codetechnology. Meanwhile, it’s found that the merge of advanced communication technology anddatabase technology will bring greatly facilitate to store and manage the traceability keyinformation. The quality and safety traceability system in the Bee Products Chain should bebuilt and implemented successfully, and rendering the effect based on B/S architecture ofC#/ASP.NET technology ultimately. It provides a certain reference value for the quality andsafety of agricultural products traceability.4. It benefits to create a data statistical analysis module and make the evaluation of theeffectiveness of the system. It shows that the quality has obviously improved, which indicatesthat research has achieved effective results through the contrast analysis of product testingdata from Health beekeeping enterprise in the years of both2010and2013.
