With the socio-economic development and people’s living standards, in the recentyears, the quality of food issues have been paid attention by more and more people.However, with the quality and safety problems emerge in an endless stream of beeindustry, how to ensure the quality and safety of bee products which has become amajor problem at present government departments, processing enterprises andscientific research personnel to solve firstly. But the bee products’ quality and safetyinvolves the whole stage of the beekeepers beekeeping, acquisition, productionprocessing, storage, transportation and sale, etc. To facilitate the quality traceability,we should be analyzed from the source of product, and then determined the criticalcontrol points affecting the quality of bee products, meanwhile we establish the wholetraceability system in each link of relevant information. This paper combined withother countries’ experience of the bee product basic information acquisition andmanagement, and accorded to the characteristics of Chinese bee products, put forwardthe basic on the Internet of things of bee products quality traceability system. Basedon the characteristics of the Internet of things creatively intelligent mobile phone,wireless Wi-Fi networks and MCGS configuration software used in bee products basicinformation collection, bee enterprises production control and other fields. On thepremise of full investigation, We identify the critical control points information of beeproduct quality traceability, formulate the bee products quality safety traceability code,develop the basic on Wi-Fi of temperature and humidity information acquisitionmodule and combine with the enterprise production control system to develop the dataforwarding software, Therefore those combines the use production data, enterprisemanagement data and bee products quality safety traceability platform. Main contentsand results of the study are as follows:(1) Through the investigation and analysis of the transferred production of beefarming and half turn production of beekeepers, we combined with the wholeprocess of bee products supply chain and studied on the critical control pointsaffecting the quality of bee products, so we determined the information acquisitionway. At the same time, in order to realize the quality of bee product traceability, forthe first time in China, we determine the information encoded in the full process ofcirculation of bee products, and these are applying for the relevant industry standards. (2) According to the present situation of bee industry in our country, we designedthe architecture of bee products from raw material production to the informationcollection system for the whole process of finished production. By the early stage ofthe project team developed the beekeeping log, cooperative purchasing software andconsumer query-tool software, we gathered huge amounts of data, which can beanalyzed.(3) To build the sampling terminal of the mobile bee vehicle information based onSMT32. By the acquisition terminal of Wi-Fi wireless network connecting to theintelligent mobile phone, through the3G data network upload the real-time andprecise bee field environment data.(4) According to bee products processing enterprises’ requirements to monitorand record the production process. By using the MCGS industrial touch screen as afield monitoring equipment and realizing the interconnection of production data andmanagement data through the Modbus communication protocol. The system combinesthe relevant technology of MCGS configuration software, C#, database, XML,Modbus, TCP protocol, building the monitoring and honey processing automationcontrol system for the whole process of bee products outbound materials to productsoutput.
