| At present, China’s rural facing "three synchronization" problems of development,modernization of agriculture is still relatively backward, and actively develop specializedfarmer cooperatives are an effective way to promote the "three synchronization". In thecurrent market economy environment, healthy and rapid development of farmercooperatives can effectively resolve the conflict between " small farmers " and " bigmarket", form a scale advantage, reduce transaction costs and increase farmers’ income.Currently, farmer cooperatives in developed countries have formed a perfectdevelopment system, also are in a strong position in the international competition.Analyzing the successful experience of developed countries’ development of specializedfarmer cooperatives can provide reference for the development of China and the ShandongProvince farmer cooperatives. Domestic and farmer cooperatives in the organization ofinstitutions, laws and regulations, management systems, etc. have their owncharacteristics, both sides have the same point and there are also differences. Shandongprovince should combine the local actual to study at home and abroad excellent experienceof the development of farmers’ professional co-operatives, adjust measures to localconditions.In the new era today, the development of farmer cooperatives in Shandong Province hasachieved good results, cooperatives rapid growth in the number and size, expandingcoverage and service capabilities are growing. Government should fully play its role,increase farmers’ cooperatives publicity and promotion efforts, focus on training of highlyqualified personnel farmer cooperatives, giving the financial support, financial, tax andother policies. Farmers and cooperatives should also strengthen their improvement anddevelopment, enhance learning and training, improve the internal managementmechanism, focusing on brand development of cooperatives, to explore all aspects of roaddevelopment. |
