Wuhan Sustainable Competitiveness Study Based On Sece Evaluation Model

In recent years, with the research on tourism sustainable competition increasingtemperature, scholars from both home and abroad studying the subject have been inthe ascesdent.This thesis employs Delphi method,methods of literature,questionnaire,AHP,IPA as well as SWOT technique from marketing to analysetourism sustainable competition in Wuhan. On the basis ofQualitative and Quantitative investigation method, now create the SECE model andsustainable competition index evaluation system of travel destination.this thesisbrought forward views and develop views on tourism sustainable competition inWuhan,including domestic and international parts.On the basis of theory of comparative advantage, Competitive Advantage ofNations, tourist destination life cycle.Discard the dross and select the essential,summarized to provide a theoretical support for the study.By means of CRmodel,regional tourism competition factor structure model, stakeholder model,constructed SECE model of tourism destination sustainable competitiveness.Themodel gets indictators from Society, Economy,Culture,Environment.Systematicallyanalyze and research sustainable tourism destination competitiveness.social, economic,cultural and environmental factors form the basis for tourism destination formssustainable competitive research, interconnected and indispensable. Meanwhiletourism development will be counterproductive in the social, economic, cultural,environmental four factors, thereby promoting the overall coordination andsustainable development.Use the expert interviews to determine the evaluation factorsof sustainable tourism destination indicator system, selecting key31evaluationfactors.On the basis of the AHP questionnaire and IPA questionnaire, through thedelivery of questionnaires, conducting the questionnaire reliability test, collecting andorganizing datas, further use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and theimportance-performance analysis (IPA) to evaluate and diagnose the sustainabletourism competitiveness in Wuhan.The results show that tourist satisfaction, safetyand security, infrastructures, get the maximum weights to tourism sustainabledevelopment objective in Wuhan.Original ecological and cultural resources, man-made resources, urban per capita green area, industrial wastewater discharge rateof the average get the minimum weights to the target.In order to promote thesustainable development of tourism in Wuhan, safety and security, reputation andbrand, per capita disposable income of urban residents, cultural innovation, localclimate and environment, industrial wastewater discharge rate of the average are inurgent need of improvement.Introducing tourism destination life cycle theory,determine Tourism lifecycle in Wuhan.In Combination with the actual development oftourism in Wuhan, make international and domestic tourism tactics to enhancesustainable competitiveness.
