On the area competitiveness, Wuhan is situated in the middle of China,the traffic is very convenient. On the science and technology competitiveness, Wuhan has a large lot of colleges and scientific institutes, what's more, the scientific fruits becomes more and more. On the human resource competitiveness, hundreds and thousands of person of ability are trained in Wuhan, and human resources are arranged reasonably. But on the other hand, Wuhan has a lot of disadvantages such as construction competitiveness, enterprise management competitiveness, and basic facilities competitiveness. The development of Hi-tech has essential impact on the city competitiveness of Wuhan. Hi-tech developing can promote characters and function of human resource of Wuhan. And now Hi-tech developing is the first motivation of Wuhan city's economic growing, and has deep influence on the economic competitiveness of Wuhan in the aspects of industrial structure etc. More importantly, the environments of Wuhan are deeply impacted by Hi-tech developing, such as the capital environment, natural environment, foundation facilities environment and so on. Therefore, I think, in order to increase the city competitiveness of Wuhan, we must develop Hi-tech or Hi-tech industries strongly. It is mainly that: Establish the competitive advantage of the Hi-tech industry in Wuhan by considering every kind of factor; set up the flat of Hi-tech industry innovation system and raise Hi-tech industry; train Hi-tech human resource and make a good programming of Hi-tech developing; pay attention to market of Hi-tech, and push forward innovation of system and technology; reform the traditional industry by Hi-tech development, and make traditional industry shining out new energy. |
