Warehousing Management Of Tonge’s Modern Pharmaceutical Logistics Center In Hunan Province

With the continued strengthening of the regional economic collaboration’s level,the competition among logistics category enterprises is mainly manifested in theresources competition, such as timeliness of logistics’ delivery, continuity of capitalflow supply and smooth of information operation. The theory of supply chainmanagement is put forward in the process of economic globalization and competitivemarket, where companies’ pursue is to seek their own rapid development and achievethe integrity of the operation by continuously integrate their resources. Efficientsupply chain management is the basis for the development of the logistics industry,which has great significance to reduce the operational costs and risks, improve theoverall level of service and operational efficiency and reduce the friction between theupstream and downstream industry.Medicine circulation enterprises is a typical representative of enterprisesdepends on the development of the logistics industry and warehousing anddistribution has become the most core business content of pharmaceutical logisticscenter. The development level and soundness of warehousing and distribution has animportant significance to improve the overall pharmaceutical logistics enterprises’core market competitiveness and gain more market share and growth rate bycost-effective. In this paper, we get the study object of warehousing and distributionmanagement of Tonge’s modern pharmaceutical logistics center in Hunan Province.On the basis of supply chain management and logistics-related theoretical research,we take a step-by-step mode. To draw logistics center’s enterprise environment bystudying the overall development of the enterprise, we make a detailed analysis of thelogistics center’s warehousing and distribution management from three angles:warehouse management, distribution management and information systemsmanagement in the status quo. We get the problems during logistics center’swarehousing and distribution management by four dimensions: functional positioningof logistics and distribution center, warehousing and distribution business processmanagement, warehousing and distribution monitoring system and supplierinformation sharing and coordination. To solve the problem in the warehousing anddistribution management, we put forward optimization recommendations andprograms from the warehouse layout, business processes and performance appraisal. For the implementation of the program, we developed safeguards and in the finalpredicted the results of the implementation. This article focuses on the operation ofthe logistics center’s distribution and warehouse management research. Breaking thetraditional position which purely researching warehousing or distribution, in thispaper we make it a total.
