A Research On Operation Process Optimization Of G Company Pharmaceutical Warehousing Center

With the dramatic increase of demand for pharmaceutical products,the pharmaceutical market places higher demands on the supply chain management capabilities of pharmaceutical distribution companies.As the key link in the supply chain management process,pharmaceutical warehousing plays a connecting role that links the up and down.However,there is a contradiction between the higher requirements of the market for warehousing services and the relative lag of warehousing operations in pharmaceutical logistics at present.Therefore,the optimization of the operation process of medical warehousing centers has become a problem that urgently needs to be solved for pharmaceutical distribution companies.This paper takes the operation process of the G company pharmaceutical warehousing center as the research object.Based on the existing research results,I found that the G company pharmaceutical warehousing center has the following problems in the process of storage,library and delivery by analyzing the development status of the pharmaceutical warehousing industry and the G company pharmaceutical warehousing center: First,the level of mechanization for acceptance and the level of intelligence for goods allocation are low in the storage link;Second,the utilization rate of storage space in the library link is low and there is a lack of standardization of supporting facilities in the library;Third,the efficiency of order picking is low and the product of the shipping area is backlog in the delivery link.Based on the in-depth analysis of the problems in each link of the operation process,the system optimization of each link of the medical storage center of G Company is carried out.That is to use the relevant theory of business process optimization and lean management theory to optimize the warehouse operation flow of G company systematically,and to generate the implementation scheme suitable for the operation process of pharmaceutical warehouse center of G company.Witness simulation software is used to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.The optimized operation scheme is simulated and compared with the relevant data before optimization,the effectiveness of the optimization scheme is verified.Three aspects of the financial and material security measures have been formulated,including strong talent security,full funding protection,and building a high level of intellectual storage.In order to improve the operational efficiency of G company Medical Warehousing Center.This research achieves the innovation of research perspectives and research methods: first,the optimization of pharmaceutical warehousing process as a research perspective,it makes up for the lack of previous research on the medical warehousing workflow system.Secondly,the effectiveness of the optimization scheme is verified and evaluated by Witness simulation software.The conclusion of this study will provide operational experience and theoretical guidance for the optimization of the operation process of the medical storage center in China.
