Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises. Human resource is the coredriving force of the development of modern enterprises, whereas, motivationmechanism plays a core factor in empoldering the advantages of human resources.With the development of QinTai fireworks company, intrinsic motivation mechanismthat can not yet satisfy the management of human resources has become the importantreason for decline of business efficiency, especially the lack of effective motivationmechanism to middle managers. So research on establishing an effective motivationmechanism of middle managers becomes a pressing matter.This study starts from present situation of Qintai, related to the motivationtheory as the guide, to set up the research background,significance and theory; Usingthe data query method, questionnaire research method, statistical analysis and experttalk method, to construct the overall research framework which is based on thepresent situation, situation analysis, proposals with supporting measures of Qintaitai’s middle managers motivation mechanism. Based on present situation, the authorconcluded that the disjoint Salary and performance management, limited bonus, thelack of targeted motivations, equity dividends not playing a long-term role inmotivation are the problem which lead to the lack of occupation training,promotionmotivations, long-term motivation, single motivation means, culture construction,innovation and challenge from middle managers. So this study raised four schemesabout salary, work environment, culture, learning and development for Qintai; Fromestablishing a scientific performance management, establish market five aspects tostrengthen the safeguard system of motivation.Through the research, the author thinks that to optimize wage structure, improveemployee welfare, stock management, training and occupation planning and design,smooth promotion channels, and enhance culture and system construction are the nexteffective measure to strengthen motivation for middle management of Qintai.
