| In recent years,by the impact of policies and the environment,domestic pharmaceutical industry competition continues to intensify,due to poor management,many small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises have closed down or merged.AX Company is a pharmaceutical business of setting up later and currently growing fast.Since its inception,the company has focused on market development and business development,and has less concerned about internal management,especially human resources management,so that with the company’s development and growth,more and more personnel management problems exposed.Gradually,these problems become a bottleneck that restricts the development of the company.Performance management is one of the key contents of human resource management,which plays an important role in optimizing the allocation of human resources,improving personal and organizational performance and promoting the organization’s strategic objectives.This article takes the middle management of AX Company as the research object.Based on the research and discussion on the literature and data of performance management and performance evaluation at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the function and significance of performance management to enterprise management,and systematically expounds the theory of performance management System and method.At the same time,this paper also analyzes and studies the performance management of middle managers of AX Company,and on this basis,innovates the application of performance management method,designs a complete and targeted performance management program of middle management.In the process of program formulation,This article first combs the status quo of performance management of middle managers of AX Company,and collects and organizes the problems existing in the current performance management of enterprises through the implementation of middle managers’ performance management satisfaction survey.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of the performance management problems of AX Company from the aspects of the matching degree of strategic objectives,the setting of performance appraisal indicators,the selection of performance management methods and the implementation of management processes.Thirdly,This article takes the strategic goal of the company as the guide,clarifies the principles and ideas of the performance management plan design,combines the key performance indicators and the balanced scorecard,and uses the decision-making model such as the analytic hierarchy process to focus on the examination subject,the examination object,the selection of assessment methods,the design of assessment indicators,the assessment of the weight of the assessment and the implementation of the program and other aspects of the program to build.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the performance management program,this paper puts forward specific safeguard measures from the aspects of organization,system,culture and training.Through the research results of this paper,AX Company has established a comprehensive middle management performance management program.In the after of the performance management program practicing in the AX company,the existing problems of AX Company’s existing performance management have been solved.Between performance management and strategic direction have matched each other,achieved an objective and impartial performance evaluation,while middle managers for performance management with the degree significantly enhance,the company’s overall performance continues to improve,the core competitiveness of the industry increased significantly.At the same time,the research results of this paper also provide useful reference for other similar enterprises in the design of middle management performance management program. |
