Research On The Mechanisms Of Export Promotion Of Changchun Xinglong Comprehensive Bonded Zone

Comprehensive bonded zone is an important platform to promote thedevelopment of foreign trade, to expand exports, increasing the foreign exchangeincome, to improve the countries and regions in the position in international trade, hasit plays an irreplaceable role to the development of export-oriented economy.Changchun Xinglong comprehensive bonded zone was established in2011, it is ofgreat significance to the development of Changchun’s export-oriented economy.Governments and enterprises needs to fully understand the mechanism ofcomprehensive bonded zone for the promotion of exports, in order to carry outin-depth study on how to give full play to the comprehensive bonded zone to boostexports, and how to understand the useful function of bonded zone and policyadvantage.The main research content of this article is: First, after the comparative analysisof characteristics between domestic and foreign development experience of bondedzone and bonded zone, I select typical bonded zone and bonded area to conductcomprehensive comparative analysis in order to establish the general bonded zoneexport promotion mechanism model. Then, combined with the industrial structure andregional characteristics of Changchun, according to the actuality of ChangchunXinglong comprehensive bonded zone and operation mechanism, considering theroles which government and the export enterprises play, in the use process ofcomprehensive bonded zone to improve export products competitiveness in theinternational market, thriving deep insight into the running mechanism ofcomprehensive bonded trade zone in the aspect of promoting exports, and setting upbonded zone export promotion mechanism model with the characteristic ofChangchun. Last but not least, combined with the model and the goals, I put forwardthe concrete policy suggestions and countermeasures in the government and corporatetwo aspects respectively.Comprehensive Bonded Zone could promote regional economic developmentthrough positive interaction with the outside areas of the market, professional trading platform and conditions can increase the level of trade facilitation, and enhanceindustrial competitiveness and industry aggregation, thereby enhancing economicstrength, promote export competitiveness upgrade. Considering Changchun City, weselected the development trend and demand factors and established in ChangchunXinglong Comprehensive Bonded Zone Export Promotion mechanism model byflexibly and effectively linked regional markets outside the region, to promote theproduction of two-way capital and technology circulation, improve Changchun exportcompetitiveness. Changchun City government can focus on optimizing the industrialstructure, relying on the advantages of the original export product basis, to supportSMEs create a new point of export growth to enhance their export competitiveness,and constantly improve the relevant laws and regulations system, improve BondedService functional efficiency to attract more investment in the " introduction" basis toenhance their export competitiveness, and ultimately achieve the "going out" purposes;companies will have to grasp the policy advantages, focus on innovation and thedevelopment of ideas and innovative ways to make full use of the advantages ofpolicies, combined with domestic and international economic situation, develop theirown competitive advantage with the personnel of the university in Changchun, inorder to help in export-oriented economy further development and promote theupgrading of Changchun export competitiveness.In this paper, based on the research of the bonded zone export promotionmechanism, I find out the influence factors of the export product competitiveness inChangchun, establish a clear intuitive Changchun Xinglong comprehensive bondedzone export promotion mechanism model, and put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions from two aspects: corporate and government, whichstrives for the sustainable development of Changchun Xinglong comprehensivebonded zone. Still there are some imperfections in the details. I hope that subsequentscholars can make greater results when they conduct this research.
