Feasibility Study And Establishment Of The Comprehensive Bonded Zone

Comprehensive bonded zone is the more open form than bonded Zone,bonded logistics park and export processing zone.In China,it is a special open area with the highest level of open,most preferential policies,most complete functional and the most simplified procedures.This paper summarizes the latest development achievements and practical experience of China's comprehensive bonded area.And it demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the construction of Nanchang Comprehensive Bonded Zone by analyzing the policy opportunities and basic conditions of Nanchang.The contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research literature.And it made the arrangement of the whole thesis too.Next it introduces the related concept and theory of the comprehensive bonded zone,and the situation of domestic comprehensive bonded area.Then it analyzes the feasibility of Nanchang comprehensive bonded area through analyzing the necessity and foundation of Nanchang comprehensive.And it carries on the strategic direction and the function localization and makes the function block division,confirms leading industry according to the development status of Nanchang.After these work,this paper proposes the organization and implementation mode according to the development status and the future conception of Nanchang comprehensive bonded area.It analyzes the investment and benefit of Nanchang comprehensive bonded area.At last,it summarizes the whole scheme,analyzes the deficiency of the scheme,and discusses the development trend of the comprehensive bonded area.It designed scheme of Nanchang Comprehensive Bonded Zone based on the strategic positioning of Nanchang to build the core growth pole and the open highland of the central.Nanchang comprehensive free trade zone contents two industrial area,the main functions of which are bonded processing function,bonded logistics functions,bonded service function and port logistics function,It designs the management mode by "government-led" and the mode of operation by company responsible.And it designs more facilitated regulatory models by giving full consideration to the enterprises too.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the creation work of Nanchang comprehensive bonded zone,and makes a modest contribution to Nanchang for being the core growth pole of Jiangxi Province and the highland of the central region.At the same time,it is hoped that this research can provide some help at theoretical and practical aspects too.
