With the proposed various issues, we are becoming aware of the technology monopoly problems need to be further exploration, including the understanding of the essence of technology monopoly, technology monopoly from legal principle, from the economics of the lawful and reasonable to determine etc. I studied some concept about domestic and foreign technology monopoly, intellectual property rights and technology related literature books, comparing the previous difference for technical monopoly problems of their own thinking, analysis and compare some concepts and technology monopoly similarity, in order to have a more clear understanding of the concept of technology monopoly. This article lists the related ideas of predecessors of exploring technology monopoly, it also analyzes some related ideas about the profound connotation of various technical monopoly, and from which we can explore the nature and the source of the various technical monopoly related thoughts. Then the essence of technology monopoly is analyzed, analysis of the essence of technology monopoly problem is decided by the nature and human technology, and thus to understand the technology monopoly problem put forward new ideas.The author also explores various case about the technology monopoly both here and abroad, in this paper, these cases are summarized, the new problems that other research technology monopoly scholars have not mentioned are discussed.But the problem of technology monopoly come down to man and nature, man and society, nature and artificial nature problem, These problems are complicated and difficult to deal with, the relationship of the problems need to be clear, and this paper lists a chapter to make a dialectical analysis on the technology monopoly.Although the technology monopoly have some problems, the author still advocated the development of technology monopoly, but the development of technology monopoly cannot be carried out from above to below, and it should take the most general user demand on, helping enterprises to consciously take the initiative to carry out technical innovation, making good technology initiative to emerge, with good policies and laws to protect and promote the development of technology monopoly.This paper also put forward in which time the technology monopoly should be protected and in which time it should be limited. This paper also gives some advice about how to judge technical monopoly, in order to provide a reference when facing many kinds of technical monopoly.Finally this paper discusses the technological monopoly era of the future, hoping to make reasonable predictions and judgments about the technology monopoly of the future.
