Study On The Radio Spectrum Resource Management In Changji State Based On The Perspective Of The Tragedy Of The Commons Theory

In nowadays information age, t the use of radio for information transmission has a significant change on people's life style. As an important carrier of radio communication and other radio technology, radio spectrum resource has been widely used in various fields of people's social life, and it has been widely used in industry, agriculture, military affairs, traffic and culture. Radio spectrum resource has become the basic element of information, which is a kind of important state owned basic resources and has become an indispensable resource in the safe production, national defense and economic construction. To achieve the good management and good planning for the spectrum resources and let this kind of resources play the greatest benefit should be the research topic which the radio management workers need to study.The thesis studies the Changji State radio spectrum resource management issues based on the perspective of local radio management staff.
