Entering the21st century, along with our country market economy system has been improved gradually, and the rapid development of social economy, more and more enterprises have already aware, talent is the important resources more than material resources and technical resources, is the enterprise’s greatest wealth, the enterprise staff incentive, no matter for enterprise organization, still for different positions of managers and employees, it would be extremely important. And in all enterprises, middle managers as the backbone of the enterprise, its importance is unquestioned, They are the scarce resources of the enterprise, is the driving force to achieve business goals. Therefore, the enterprises must maximize motivation middle managers, give full play to its enthusiasm, dig out its internal potential.This article expounds the research background, research significance, incentive theory, research ideas and research methods; through investigating the company profile, middle management and its characteristics, the management mode of company middle managers, the problems in the middle managers incentives to understand present situation of the company’s middle managers incentive mechanism; in learning the advanced experience at home and abroad enterprise middle managers effective incentive after using system analysis method to determine the first to build a people-oriented corporate culture, and then by creating scientific management system of human capital appreciation and establish performance oriented middle managers incentive mechanism to ensure the operation of the company effective incentive mechanism in organizational change; And the problems and safeguard measures will appear in the process of implementing the new incentive mechanism.This paper systematically expounds middle managers incentive mechanism, according to the current situation of middle managers incentive to make analysis, through the correct understanding of the value of the middle managers, analyzing the influence factors of middle managers enthusiasm, puting forward the measures to perfect the mechanism for middle managers, the author hopes to contribute to the construction of employee motivation, especially the motivation of middle-class managers for the enterprise through the study of this thesis.
