With the rapid social and economic development in Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR),the situation of energy supply and demand is increasingly tense and prominent.Because of its special geographical location, the use of conventional energy willdestroy the fragile ecological environment of Tibet. Therefore, the development ofrenewable energy in Tibet has been given great practical significance under itspeculiar ecological environment.Firstly, based on the above objectives, this paper is guided by the sustainabledevelopment theory. Meanwhile, using system dynamics, factor analysis andclustering method, this paper make the define analysis for the theory models andtechniques of the renewable energy development.the analysis focuses on the feature ofrenewable energy season and geographical distribution in Tibet. This paper establishesthe idea of "Tibet water-based, complementary solar wind, geothermal as animportant supplement".Secondly, this paper mainly uses the system dynamics model of renewable energydevelopment in Tibet, reflecting the2007~2011state renewable energy developmentin Tibet,2012~2020forecast renewable energy development state. Based on systemdynamics simulation results obtained through the different regions of Tibet factoranalysis of renewable energy development level conditions, with seven regions ofTibet cluster analysis for renewable energy development and the level of classificationcriteria.Thirdly, starting from various regions of Tibet, with the use of factor analysis andcluster analysis, this paper evaluates and classifies the development level ofrenewable energy in each region in TAR, thereby gives the reference of renewableenergy planning.Based on the analysis above, this paper draws the specific ideas of renewable energydevelopment, and put forward in favor of renewable energy development in Tibetpolicy recommendations for the future of renewable energy development in Tibetraised outlook.
