Research On The Risk Identification And Prevention Countermeasures In CASIC Power Supply Station

With the development of social reform, enterprises are faced with the riskof many management inrapid development at the same time. Risk management is a very important work, related to the realization ofthe strategic goal of enterprise, in relation to the sustained, healthy, stable development, strict risk control toensure enterprise fast, sustained and healthy development of an objective need. The establishment of riskmanagement system is conducive to the rational decision of enterprise,improve the competitiveability, to realize the goal of enterprise, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, promote the healthydevelopment of the national economy. In this paper, CASIC power supply station riskmanagement as themain research object, on the basis of the risk management requirements of enterprises under the newsituation, a comprehensive analysis of the major risk of enterprise development,through the analysis onthe status of enterprise internal management, to perfect a set of suitable for enterprise development needsof risk management and internal control management manual, improve riskmanagement ability level. In thispaper, the author as a grass-rootsmanagement personnel, directly involved in the whole processof thestudy, and written analysis reports, to make positive efforts to enhance risk management ability andlevel of the enterprise.Through the research on the power supply station of the Institute of riskidentification and theCountermeasures of enterprise risk, the purpose and significance of the status of riskmanagement and analysis,combined with the power supply station CASIC working practice, deeply andsystematically understand and grasp the situation and main problems of the riskmanagement work, the business risk, law risk,financial risk, safety risk and the labor dispatching mechanismof risk, risk of five aspects are studied, and put forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions for riskprevention, so that in practicethe role.CASIC power supply station of survival, and development in a competitive environment, we shouldbuild and perfect all kinds of mechanism and system, reduce the risk, the risk. To establish effectiveencouragement mechanism, through the incentive mechanism to stimulate the potential ofemployees; establishment of working mechanism of sustained and effective, perfect enterprise managementsystem, and implement in the work; and gradually perfect the construction risk management system,establisha sound risk management system, establish a comprehensive risk management information system, establishand perfect the system of internal management based on the control of risk.This paper mainly adopts the literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview methodand comprehensive analysis method research.Research achievements are as follows:(1) systematically summarizes the research status of risk management,and the space of power supplystation risk management present situation, the existing risk management of the advantages anddisadvantages of the overall evaluation. The investigation of it, CASICpower supply station in riskmanagement has made certain progress, but much work still needs to strengthen, improve the systemandenforcement need to be strengthened, the system construction andcombined with the practicalwork should be more closely, we shouldcontinue to improve the work in the future.(2) based on power supply station CASIC key risk classification and overview of the status ofenterprise, risk analysis, risk management,respectively, proposed legal risk, financial risk, safety risk, thelabor dispatching risk prevention measures, and explore the perfect "risk management andinternal control management handbook".
