The market of Residential has been an important part of Taiyuan’s marketsystem, the housing industry’s contribution to economic growth rate rising, and theresult is benefiting most of Taiyuan’s urban residents. At the same time, Theproblemof the Rising Prices, Residential security gap, The rise in residential investmentdemand make our to realize The Taiyuan’s Residential Market has problems in theSupply and demand. These problems are to be solved in order to ensure the healthydevelopment of Taiyuan housing market.The Taiyuan residential market will be the research object in this paper, in theresidential market supply and demand theory as the basis to research the Taiyuanresidential supply and demand equilibrium problems and it’s all because to analysisthe factor in supply and demand situation of Taiyuan residential market and itsinfluence. To analysis the total supply and demand of the Taiyuan residential, thispaper uses the index absorption cycle instead of the vacancy rate, and this ability canmore reflect the housing market supply and demand of science on the relative abilityof market and the volume of vacant Digest, on this basis, the residential market supplyand marketing than further analyzes the change trend of Taiyuan city housing supplyand demand in recent years.
