An enterprise can survive and develop in the fierce competition, the prerequisite is how enterprises can attract, retain and motivate talented people, and motivate them to give full play constantly. Employee satisfaction assessment system is a very good means and tool of self-diagnosis for modern enterprise, and also a good channel for enterprises to understand staff and involve staff in the enterprise management.In this paper, taking SH enterprise as an example, on the basis of study on relevant theories of employee satisfaction and incentive management system, combining with the current incentive management situation of SH enterprise, analyzed the main issues existing in SH enterprise’s incentive management through questionnaire survey from8aspects as "enterprises belonging, relationships, work enthusiasm, work environment, cultural life, income distribution, image of leadership and decision-making support". Then, combining with SH company employee satisfaction assessment situation, studied the factors influencing SH enterprise incentive effect, and further discussed the issues and reasons of SH enterprises incentive management. Finally, put forward suggestions for further improving and optimizing SH enterprise’s incentive management system around to the compensation system, employee working environment and humanistic care incentive system.
