With further open market environment in recent years,high quality talent has gradually become the important resources of enterprises to enhance market competitiveness,talent as enterprise resources,the most difficult to control how to find and retain talent gradually brought to the attention of more and more enterprises.Employee relationship management as a phylum(anthophyta or angiospermophyta)is a relationship between enterprises and employees,enterprise and the staff to promote common development of management science,more and more get the attention of people,but the employee relationship management of the academic development of our country is still at an early stage,the enterprise in the management of employee relations still exist many improper and need to be improved.Employee relationship management through the use of scientific humanized management,by strengthening the relationship between the enterprise and employees,increase employee's satisfaction and recognition in the enterprise and improve the staff's loyalty,eventually coordination of corporate development with employees.Refer to the previous studies and literature materials,this article has carried on the certain theoretical analysis,the existing staff of relationship management academic results analyzed the development situation and application of domestic employee relationship management in some of the problems,and in NCG international container terminal company actual situation,for example,put forward some Suggestions of employee relationship management which accords with the situation of China and theory,and has carried on the induction and summary.
