Contemporarily, innovation has been recognized as an important factor for enterprise development. Innovation helps to improve enterprise competitiveness and get rid of crisis of enterprise development. With the arrival of knowledge economy, organizations and society have increasingly realized the importance of knowledge in organization development. Knowledge sharing is recognized as a core activity to promote innovation ability. Therefore, the research about enterprise innovation ability in the perspective of knowledge sharing has become an important issue of enterprise development. Therefore, this research chooses the knowledge sharing as the research thesis and learns from theory of human resource management practice and innovation performance theory. The article uses literature research, case analysis, questionnaire survey method, principal component analysis, hierarchical regression and other statistical methods, and then discusses the role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between human resource management practices and innovation performance, which provides reference for the enterprise to take some human resources management practices and improve innovation performance.Firstly, the article researches correlation theory about human resource management practices, knowledge sharing and innovation performance, then find its shortcomings and development trend. On the basis of the theory, the paper establishes the assumption of model. Secondly, study collects data based on hypothesis model and analyzes reliability and validity of the questionnaire test. Thirdly, based on the application of grounded theory’s three-step coding method, the study analyzes a typical case to provide reference for other enterprises. Finally, the article summarizes the research conclusion and put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion for enterprise’s human resource management practices. Then, research points out the deficiency and the further research direction in the future.Through hierarchical regression analysis, the research shows that knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role in the relation between human resource management practices and innovation performance. On the one hand, human resource management practice directly affect innovation performance, on the other hand, it indirectly affect human resource management through knowledge sharing.
