Career success is the starting point of career theory research, it is not only related to the potential development of individual, the satisfaction of growing needs and the realization of personal value in the organization, but also the important factor which guarantees the sustainable development of the entire enterprise. Nowadays, under the influence of the continually changing in internal and external environment in the organization and the increasingly fierce competition in the market, with the traditional rational mode to guide individual career success can no longer satisfy the individuals and the organization goals, therefore, more and more scholars began to search for the answers from the perspective of organizational politics. Organizational politics involves organizational political behaviors, perceptions and skills, etc., Western researchers had made lots of useful researches in this field, while the researches of the organizational political perceptions and political skills effects on career success are relatively poor under the Chinese culture. As a breakthrough point, this paper revolves around the above three aspects, respectively discusses the relations and the role of organizational political perceptions, political skills and successful career employees, to provide the reference for enterprise human resource policy.This paper summarizes the theory, structure measure and empirical research of political perceptions, political skill and career success, based on the review and study of relevant literature. According to the purpose and the meaning of the research, with the domestic and foreign research status and Chinese culture background, proposed conception models and research assumptions:(1) Organizational politics and its dimensions has negative effects on career success;(2) Political skill and its dimensions has positive effects on career success;(3) political skill plays a positive role between organizational political perceptions and career success.According to the authoritative scales of organizational political perceptions, political skills and career success, formed the formal questionnaire by analyzing preliminary measurement of sixty enterprise staff in Chengdu. Through paper version, network version and web version data collection platform, recycled349effective formally questionnaire. After analyzing exploratory factor by SPSS16.0, found organizational politics perception: general political behavior, colleague relationship and pay policy. Political skill combines three dimensions:social alertness, interpersonal influence and network capacity, explicit sincerely. Career success combines two dimensions:subjective career success and objective career success. Anglicized the collected date by variance, correlation and regression analysis, the results showed that:(1) General political behavior has a negative effect on objective career success, colleague relationship and pay policy has negative effects on subject and objective career success;(2) Social alertness, interpersonal influence and network capacity has positive effects on objective and subjective career success, explicit sincere has a positive effect on subject career success;(3) Political skills plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between colleague relationship, pay policy and enterprise staff subjective career success.
