Nowadays,the impact of employees behavior on enterprise has caused a high degree of attention and concern of enterprise,therefore,more and more scholars do research on employees behavior.From the existing literature,scholars mainly do research on single employee behavior,the employees EVLN behavior contains four employees behavior,so as dependent variable,employees EVLN behavior will explain the different behavior responses of employees deeply from several aspects in organizational political environment.The exists of Political behavior exists in the organization has a direct impact on their behavior and attitude for the cognitive degree of employees' political behavior,so it is necessary to find the potential moderator variable that can moderate the relationship between the perceptions of organization politics and employees behavior.The employees who possess political skills with fewer obstacles in organizational political environment and they can achieve individual goals by the ability of understanding others deeply and influencing others.Hence,the analysis about the influence of employee political skill to the relationship of perceptions of organization politics and the employees EVLN behavior is particularly important.In this study after reading and studying relevant literature,I form the theory model,the theory model about perceptions of organization politics as the independent variable,political skill as moderate variable,employees EVLN behavior as the dependent variable.I collected data by field and network questionnaire and did statistical analysis about the data of 282 valid questionnaires,before collecting data,this article has put forward the corresponding assumptions according to the theoretical model formed.Therefore,the assumptions will be finally proved while analyzing the valid data,and the final conclusion of this question will also be presented.Display reads as follows:(1)Perceptions of organization politics have significant influence to employees EVLN behavior.Namely,the more individuals feel political behaviors of employees in the work environment,the Thigher frequency the exit and neglect of the behavior,the less frequency the voice and loyalty behavior.(2)Political skill negatively moderates the relationship between the perceptions of organization politics and employees EVLN behavior.The level of individual political skills will affect the strength of the relationship between the perceptions of organization politics and employees EVLN behavior.The higher the individual political skill,the weaker the perceptions of organization politics positive influence the exit behavior,the weaker the perceptions of organization politics negative influence the voice behavior,the weaker the perceptions of organization politics negative influence the loyalty behavior,the weaker the perceptions of organization politics positive influence the neglect behavior.Above all,from the perspective of theory,all the above conclusions enrich the existing study on the perceptions of organization politics and employees EVLN behavior,there is a certain significance in promoting theory to introduce the employees EVLN behavior to the employees organizational environment,from the perspective of reality,this study also provides a new thought about the reasons of employees behavior in organization and a reference for enterprises to solve employees specific behaviors effectively.This article has the following three aspects of innovation:(1)Employeess are an important part of the enterprise and have an important influence on the organization,the problems that confuse employees is also major issues that enterprises need to solve.From the perspective of enterprise employees,this study provides a new thought that solves employees dissatisfaction behavior in organization through connecting the perceptions of organization politics and employees EVLN behavior.(2)The existing researches about dependent variable of the perceptions of organization politics mainly focus on a single variable,for employees EVLN behavior,scholars also study one of the behaviors,as a mature analysis model of employees behavior,considering the employees EVLN behavior as dependent variable of the research could discuss employees behavioral responses in organizational environment from different aspects.Therefore this study will promote theory through connecting the perceptions of organization politics and employees EVLN behavior.(3)This study applies political skills into the research of the perceptions of organization politics and employees EVLN behavior,to a certain extent,it can decrease the negative effects of the perceptions of organization politics of employees,and has a certain contribution to improve the work efficiency,promote the harmonious atmosphere and the stable development of the enterprise.
