With the adjustment of the structure and reform for the management system in the construction industry, construction companies separated their management layer and operation layer, however, the general contractors, professional subcontracting and the subcontracting has not been set up in china. Almost all the project the Construction companies have to provide the mechanical equipments and materials, thus the management energy been distracted. On the other hand, the number of the construction workers decrease, meanwhile, the wages for the workers is rising. The phenomenon indicates that the demographic dividend in China gradually reduced for the construction. Therefore, it is important to strengthen cooperation for the construction company and the subcontractor. And the how to improve the labor productivity will be the key point of cooperation.First of all, the organizational management theory is the theory of the paper, with the research about engineering construction organization at home and abroad, analyzed the organizational management in theory; Secondly using game model analysis engineering construction organization short-term cooperation and long-term repeated cooperative behavior, summarized the influencing factors for the project department and collaborative team cooperation projects (extrusion the profit space for collaborative team, payments be behind in hand), collaborative team (reduce the input of necessary materials, equipment, labor etc, construction delay), and use the game the utility matrix analysis; Finally by using SPSS software to analyze the date about the work projects and coordination team cooperation, homework layer self-organizing.Base the result of date analyze, we can see the coordination team agree with the way what is about the certificate for qualification to the project contract. And almost all the coordination teams provide the labor with be subordinate to the formal construction company or subcontracting enterprises for labor. And they focus on the price for the project and the settlement of the engineering cost, and don’t pay attention to the training of team staff. Results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the project department and coordination team cooperation, in the process of project department is down engineering contract price and delay payment for the collaborative team; Meanwhile, the collaborative team is unwilling to invest the human capital and the workers skills is irregular, which directly related the quality and time for a project.The date for the self organization in the operation layer proves that the collaborative team leader and the workers both use the social relations to recruitment or look for job. the geopolitical and country relationship is still a major relationship between migrant workers team. But most collaborative team construction workers liquidity is very strong, only a small amount of construction workers follow the collaborative team more than10years to form collaborative team management, team collaboration without formal training mechanism, basically all adopt "the old with the new technology to teach".With the data analysis, it show that the construction company supply a low price, and the cost clearing and payment is not timely; the collaborative teams are not willing to pay attention to the human input. The analysis results be beneficial to the bilateral cooperation as the construction company and collaboration team.
