LYD Company Lighting Project Organization Optimization Research

In this paper, LYD company lighting project is taken as the background. Organizational elements, project organization structure design optimization theory and the theory of project management are analyzed. Project characteristics, management mode and organization structure both of LYD company display screen project and lighting project are compared. on the basis of the analysis it can be seen that why apply of the same project organization structure and management methods to display screen project management is successful while to lighting project is not. It points out that there are problems that run against the structure of the organization theory in the organization structure and management processes of the lighting project.In Shaoshan project, for example, problems arising from the project implementation process were analyzed from the project organization structure, project organization process, project organization, the project organization performance and project organization incentive five aspects. The root cause that affect the normal operation of the lighting project organization is found, which is as the direction lighting project organization are optimized in the five aspects. Then the optimized project organization is used in the second phase of the project in Shaoshan project and Rizhao Port Trade Center projects to verify the correctness of the optimization direction and the validity of optimization of LYD optimized lighting project organization.Finally, the paper concluded:organizational forms of the project can not be applied mechanically, enterprise needs to select suitable organizational forms according to the project characteristic and the enterprise characteristic of their own. Matrix project organization optimizes the design is correct and effective from the five areas of organizational structure, organizational processes, organizational competence, organizational performance and organizational incentives. And the five areas are necessary environment for normal operation of project organization.
