With the development of the society, the talent has become the enterprise’score competitiveness. Recruitment as the necessary way to attract talent, hasreceived more and more attention. The expansion of company size, need torecruit more talent. The turnover rate is higher and higher, more and morehighlights on the importance of recruitment. In real life, the error in therecruitment seriously affects the recruitment effect. Current research onrecruitment error mainly concentrated in the factor analysis, the research focuson a few factors, and there is no deep discussion. Based on this background, thispaper will see the influencing factors as the research object. Through study thecause of influencing factors make the final conclusion. Based on the conclusion,put forward suggestions.In this paper, use the method of literature research and empirical researchmethod. Through literature research, summarize the existing related research,summed up the influencing factors theory model. On basis of this model, designthe questionnaire. Using SPSS software to analyze the investigation results, Aconclusion is obtained,8influencing factors: the job description, evaluationmethod, the applicant, matching, hire, recruiters, preparation, recruitmentchannels. Each factor includes2-5secondary factor, together constitute therecruitment influencing factors system. Recruiters, hiring in the eight factors,assessment method is the most likely to influence the recruitment result. Basedon the results of the empirical study, try to put forward the suggestion.
