Shunyu company is a private enterprise established in the 1980 s,which is a relatively good enterprise in the optical instrument industry in China at present.With customer demand as the guide,Shunyu company constantly innovates and continues to invest in research and development,so the company's annual sales are on the rise.But due to the external competitive enterprise produce intense talent competition with the company,many of the company's effective sales staff have moved to other companies.In addition,in recent years,Shunyu company has been continuously improving the speed and accuracy of research and development,and the demand for high-precision and high-technology candidates keeps increasing.With the formation of job vacancies and the unsatisfactory economic development in recent years,the company's recruitment system is backward and the recruitment process is defective.Therefore,the company's talent recruitment is facing a major bottleneck.Through the cooperation and interview with Shunyu company,the author found some problems.First,Shunyu's existing recruitment process is too simple.Among them,the company does not pay enough attention to the planning work of recruitment,or how to conduct the analysis of recruitment needs,the channel of screening,the efficiency of recruitment and the rate of entry.Moreover,after the applicant enters the position,he/she is only led by the senior to get familiar with the situation of the company and the position,or the brief training will lead to the formal work.It is difficult to guarantee whether the candidate is qualified for the job,which increases the risk of the candidate leaving the company as soon as he/she enters the company.Secondly,campus recruitment is a good time for a large number of new blood to join,but Shunyu company also lacks certain professionalism in campus recruitment.Although it takes a lot of time and manpower,it can't fully meet its real needs.In addition,the division of labor between human resources department and business needs department is not clear,the recruitment channel is single,the resource pool is relatively small and the company has not established a talent pool,and there is no professional data analysis.As a result,a large amount of manpower and material resources are wasted.In the end,the company's own human resources management is not perfect,make a lot of details are ignored in the process of recruiting and hiring to and candidates need to be careful,sincere and persistent communication,recruiters need to stand between the company and candidate,respectively responsible for them,communication,coordination,confirmation and any details on the errors are likely to affect the intent of candidates,makes a lots of problem,and overtime lead to problems such as lack of talent,brain drain,make recruitment firms struggling.In this regard,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the company as well as the current situation of competitors,and further sees the defects in the human resource recruitment process of Shunyu company.Based on the theories related to human resource management,this paper sorts out the concept,principle and significance of recruitment,and analyzes the existing problems in the recruitment process of Shunyu company.Starting from the problems,the paper puts forward how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company recruitment management of some suggestions,such as how to develop the recruitment plan,broaden the recruiting channel,standard recruitment process,improve the assessment mechanism,and why the candidate talks orientation in the process of the interview process refused the job opportunities of the company,how to meet the candidate's intention more true,how to afford the future job candidates for effective training,connect recruiting and training work well,improve the quality of the whole recruitment,or the company how to cooperate with professional human resource service company to make the company recruitment more specialized and other details.It is hoped that through the establishment and improvement of relevant human resources system,continuous optimization will be made during the whole cycle from the preparation stage of recruitment to the end of recruitment work,and the recruitment work will be both efficient and effective.
