With science and technology by leaps and bounds, in today’s society has entered the era of knowledge economy and economic globalization continue to strengthen, the international market competition intensified, in the enterprise development strategy, strategy of knowledge management play a more and more important role, also is the fundamental source of enterprise competitive advantage. We have seen, the knowledge competition has become the focus of the modern enterprise competition. In the past, the enterprise strategic management is often ignored in the process of knowledge management, in the current complicated and changeable market environment, enterprise want to grasp the competition initiative, it is necessary to reform the traditional strategic management system, improve the flexibility of strategic management, strengthen the response capacity, fully takes the knowledge management, and be included in the enterprise strategic system, to establish a long-term mechanism, reasonable exploitation and utilization of knowledge resources.QS branch tunnels construction company belongs to the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises has, in recent years, the QS branch company always adhere to make full use of the knowledge resources to build a competitive advantage, and with the industry as a whole knowledge level enhances unceasingly, QS branch knowledge management problem increasingly exposed, the market competitive advantage gradually weakened. QS branch must, therefore, the knowledge management into the strategic system, to scientific and effective management of knowledge resources, so as to occupy the initiative position in market competition.In this paper, based on the previous theoretical study, using the method of combining theory with practice, from the macro analysis of the industry’s vision, carries on the discussion to the Railway Group Company Limited QS company knowledge management strategy.
