In this paper, based on the strategic management theory and some basic analysis to grasp, by means of global and local, qualitative and quantitative analysis of matches from a number of different aspects of the in-depth analysis of the transport corporation, explores the organization in the taxi passenger related industry competition, I mainly want to find the best competition by means of the method.Firstly, from national policy, macro-economic, socio-cultural, technological environment and industry environment, analysis and evaluation of the impact of the external environment Corporation taxi passenger transport undertakings that steady Corporation taxi passenger transport business is facing the country’s economic development, the state attaches great importance to the healthy and stable development of the taxi industry, a good opportunity to put to use new technologies and equipment, also encountered vigorous development of public transport, metro, private cars as well as the positive impact of competition and other challenges to enhance the bargaining power of the passengers.
