This thesis selected employee satisfaction of the Life Development Co. Ltd of Chengdu Railway Bureau as survey object, based on large numbers of literature about work satisfactio-n and employee motivation, chose survey questionnaire referring to employee interview. It chose railway enterprise employees as sample survey objects, collecting relative data and then analyzed them. The paper has a detailed analysis aiming at the serious loss in railway enterprise talent phenomenon and combined with the Life Development Co. Ltd of Chengdu Railway Bureau personnel management mechanism and working satisfaction. And it discovered the management problems of railway enterprise and tried to provide feasible suggestions, which has a certain guiding function for Bureau to improve its personnel system and construct a reasonable and perfect human resource management system.Part I:Introduction. Through analysis on domestic and foreign documents about job satisfaction and bonus, the background of the research is specifically described, referring to present cases and former methods, so that the content, route and innovation of this research is proposed.Part II:General excitation situation of railway enterprises. With the analysis of the bureau organization and personnel structure, the paper discussed present situation of human resources management of Chengdu railway enterprises.Part III:Employee satisfaction. Based on the former chapter in which we deeply analyzedthe status quo of employee administration in the Life Development Co. Ltd of Chengdu Railway Bureau, we deeply analyzed the feedback results of the questionnaire on the work satisfaction of its employees, while different personal characteristics made employees significant difference on total work satisfaction and its component factors. This provided an important reason for railway enterprises to improve their motivation mechanism.Part IV:The improvement of employee incentive mechanism. With the analysis of above chapter, the paper discussed the factors which satisfaction score is lower, we put forward improvement measures to guide railway enterprises, and improve personnel employment mechanism, so that it can provide staff job satisfaction and loyalty.Finally, referring to the present local business status of China and the research result, following proposals on enterprise human resource management are brought forward in this article:to establish rational and fair remuneration system and provide fair opportunities for promotion, to improve employees’ welfare, and to increase education and training for employees.
