The labor dispatch is the result of the increasingly detailed division of labor in the environment of market economy, which is originated in Europe. In China, although this employment form was introduced less than two decades, the speed of its development is very fast. Dispatch has the advantages of reducing personnel costs, avoiding the risk of labor disputes and without taking a formal staffing, which could solve the problem of employing and increasing people for the financial companies under the reform and competitive period. Recently the state-owned commercial bank in Inner Mongolia developed very fast, the number of dispatch employees is increased year by year, which the proportion of the total staff also grows.The dispatch employees are mostly distributed to tellers in banks, lobby managers and other front-line positions. The satisfied or not of them for working is directly affect customers’satisfaction of banking services. Therefore, for the state commercial bank in Inner Mongolia, it is necessary to find out the factor to effect the dispatch employees’satisfaction, especially some special factor compared to the formal employee, and then provide some management statement. The empirical analyses was used for discuss the satisfaction factors of dispatch employee in commercial bank.Firstly, Inner Mongolia state-owned commercial banks the dispatched employee satisfaction influence factor theory model was built and the hypothesis was put forward based on the basis of theory and theoretical model of satisfaction influence factors, which also combined the interview of dispatch employees and managers and information in survey. In the theoretical model, the dispatch employees’satisfaction was effect by two factors:the main features of the factors and work-related factors. The main features include gender, age, education, work experience, marital status, duration, and currently resides dispatch jobs. And work-related factors include five factors:job security, career belonging, organizational identity, Return a sense of fairness and personal career development. Satisfaction questionnaire was designed after the elaboration for the operational concepts of factorsThen, the author uses the data to test the reliability and validity by SPSS19.0software and ANOVA analyze the main characteristics of the dispatch employee satisfaction factors, explore the differences of the dispatched employee satisfaction under the main features, and then factor analyze two sample dates of the dispatch employee and formal employee and finally comparative analyze each satisfaction factor of two samples and finds out the difference of each influence factor to the employee satisfaction factor.The empirical conclusions are as follows:(1) For these five factors:job security, career belonging, organizational identity, a sense of fairness returns and personal career development has a positive effect for dispatch employee satisfaction in state-owned commercial banks of Inner Mongolia and return a sense of fairness has the highest degree of influence.(2)Differences in Inner Mongolia state-owned commercial banks the dispatched employees and employee satisfaction come mainly from two major factors:the return of justice and career belonging.(3) Age, education, marital status, working time, duration and work place have significantly effect on satisfaction of dispatch employees in commercial banks, gender has no significant effect.Finally, management strategies was proposed for the stat-owned commercial banks of Inner Mongolia based on the empirical results from the aspects of pay and benefits, training and development as well as the dispatch employee career development.
