With the business of commercial bank continues to expand, bank employees’ workpressure is more and more big, along with the bank competition, the quality of servicerequirements are increasingly high, there are some employees cannot adapt to theserequirements,so they have left their positions, not only the human cost will increase butalso will make tne banks face the risk of emergency. So the commercial banks byintroducing the dispatched employee solved this problem effectively, maintainedemployment elasticity of demand, enhanced the personnel configuration flexibility,reduced the bank’s cost of human resources management, but the use of dispatched laboralso exist some risks. With the development of commercial bank’s business scale, labordispatch employees will occupy a certain proportion in the commercial bank, and alsothere is an urgent need to strengthen the standardized management of personnel ofdispatched labor, so,how to improve the satisfaction of dispatched labor has become afocus topic of the enterprise.Customers’satisfaction is based on satisfaction ofemployees,satisfied customers can can improve efficiency for enterprises.Based on the previous research of employee satisfaction to the dispatchedlabor,combining the theory and practice of employee satisfaction survey,summed up thekey influence factors of job satisfaction of the dispatched employee.Secondly,accordingto these key factors put forward this paper’s hypothesis,design the questionnaire andpretest on a small scale.The results of pretesting of questionnaire was revised,and finallylaunched a formal investigation of large range,the sample data of this study isgetted.Once again,using statistical software SPSS17.0to do independent sample t test andsingle factor variance analysis for the demographic variables,the results show that inaddition to marital status,other demographic variables have significant impact on;throughthe analysis of the correlation between variables found that there is a significantcorrelation between variables;then has carried on the regression analysis,the main factorsthat affect job satisfaction of dispatched workers is salary and welfare,training andoccupation development,rights protection,performance management,leadership and social influence,and the work itself and the personal factors on employee job satisfaction is notvery significant;finally, combined with the impact factors of the dispatched employeesatisfaction of commercial banks in the Liaoning area,propose suggestions to improve thejob satisfaction of dispatched workers from four angles of dispatchedemployees,employers,dispatching units and the legislative angle,in order to provide thebasis for enterprises to adopt related strategies.
