With the deepening of the reform of the banking sector, the traditional Internet banking financial impact, the state-owned commercial banks which are On behalf of Chinese most strong financial capital strength are facing the challenge. Employees in state-owned commercial banks feel the pressure increases. Excessive work pressure will not only cause harm to the health of employees, but also affect the attitude and behavior of employees work in varying degrees, and even affect the overall performance of banks. Excessive work for new employees will not only reduce new employee job performance, but also reduce organizational support for new employees and increase the tendency of turnover.For the state-owned commercial banks,new employees are the backbone and the core competitiveness of bank in future. Therefore,it is especially important for the state-owned commercial banks to focus on new employees working pressure,but it is a problem that how to reduce the pressure of new employees effectively. Researching on the factors of work pressure is important for the state-owned commercial banks to manage the work pressure for new employees effectively.Chongqing is one of the four municipalities directly under the central government in China, its economic development is healthy,GDP average annual growth rate of 12.2% since the territory.In this context,the investigation object is the new employees in state-owned commercial banks in Chongqing, a study of the factors affecting the state-owned commercial banks, new employees work pressure, the purpose is to discuss the state-owned commercial banks, the new employees work stress factors and their role in the extent and direction of the state-owned commercial banks to ease the pressure of new staff to provide advice. Literature review and theoretical basis of this paper, stress-related factors in the working pressure review on the basis of a theoretical model and research hypotheses combining features of state-owned commercial banks to new employees. Secondly, through empirical analysis factors analyzed state-owned commercial banks, the new employee working pressure. This paper uses survey data SPSS17.0 Chongqing State-owned commercial bank outlets 60 new employees for statistical analysis, aimed at refining the state-owned commercial banks, the new employees work stress factors, explore job stress affect the degree of influence factors. Finally, to ease the pressure of new staff suggestions based on empirical results.this paper carries out a study on the factors affecting the working pressure of the new employees of state owned commercial banks. Through the above work, this paper obtains the followingconclusions.(1)In general,the new employee of the state-owned commercial banks are work under pressure. Work pressure are widespread for the new employee of the state-owned commercial banks, and most of the new employees working pressure beyond benign range. (2) The factors which influenct working pressure on the new employee of state-owned commercial banks have multidimensional.The factors include work demand, interpersonal relationship, organization management,occupation development, personal ability and self cognition.(3) The factors which influenct working pressure on the new employee of state-owned commercial banks correlated with work stress differently. Work demand and work pressure coping the right positive correlation.Occupation development and work pressure moderate positive correlation. Interpersonal relationships, self-awareness and personal ability to work with new employees were moderately negatively correlated with stress.(4) There was a significant linear relationship between work pressure and the factors which influenct working pressure on the new employee of state-owned commercial banks. There was a significant linear relationship existing work demand, interpersonal relationship, occupation development, personal ability, self cognition and work pressure on the new employee of state-owned commercial banks. According to the influence degree, influence factors of state-owned commercial banks new employees working pressure from to small order of job demand, interpersonal relationship, personal ability, career development, self cognition..(5) The new employees based on demographic variables are differences in perception of the factors which influence work pressure. The new employees with different sex,age,education and position are differences in perception of the factors which influence work pressure.(6)The state-owned commercial banks can ease the work pressure of work stress of new employees based on the influencing factors. The state-owned commercial banks can ease the work pressure through reducing work demand legitimately, establishing good communication mechanisms, emphasising on career planning for new employees,EAP for new employees and enhancing personal ability.
