Chinese e-commerce business is booming, with the rapid development of the Internet and technology, the information age completely falls, the electronic commerce is creating the new economic growth point, the new markets, the new jobs and the new way of life. At present, the e-commerce has been deeply integrated into the national economy, covering manufacturing, retail, services, finance, etc. E-commerce is an emerging economy; the lifestyle of people has become more "fast fashion" by it. This new form of economic is inseparable from the role of entrepreneurs, and the entrepreneurship is not out of the impacts. Therefore, the study of electronic commerce and entrepreneurship becomes an urgent task. In this paper, combining the role of Chinese e-commerce development and e-commerce entrepreneurs in which to explore and cultivate the spirit of e-commerce entrepreneurs, thus providing a theoretical reference for the good development of e-commerce. This paper is divided into five parts, as follows:The first part is mainly focuses on the research background, the important significance and the review of research on Chinese e-commerce entrepreneurship.The second part is the implication of the Chinese e-commerce entrepreneurship. I think the Chinese e-commerce entrepreneurship refers to the constraint of e-commerce entrepreneurs value orientation and self-regulatory complex. It is the spiritual pillar of the e-commerce entrepreneurs to survive.The third part is the specific content and manifestation of the Chinese e-commerce entrepreneurship, including the spirit of innovation that fights in the new virtual economy market; the entrepreneurial spirit that is the insight of the information age, the professional dedication that is able to manifest the value of entrepreneurs, the rational spirit that is able to show the modern social literacy, the spirit of trust that can shape the new commercial civilization.The fourth part is the factor of the Chinese e-commerce entrepreneurship, introduces both the endogenous and exogenous factors. Endogenous factors include persistent interest preferences for e-commerce entrepreneurs, keen business instincts, correct value orientation and big dreams, and exogenous factors include Chinese and foreign system of ideological and cultural factors, science and technology, education, and geographic factors.The fifth part is the prospect of Chinese e-commerce entrepreneurship, including the problems of electronic commerce e-commerce entrepreneurship in the practice and the path of fostering the Chinese e-commerce entrepreneurship.Through research and analysis, the author thinks that e-commerce has been deep into the ordinary life of China, driving the development of Chinese e-commerce is not only the economic interests of the impact power, also including the other power, such as in the process of the development of electronic commerce contain the concept of e-commerce, entrepreneurship and value orientation, etc. Therefore, the Chinese e-commerce entrepreneurship research is of great significance.
